The POET online benefit system is an online service for team members to complete new hire and annual benefit enrollment, make changes to benefit elections due to a qualifying event and update addresses or emergency contacts. If assistance is needed, with the system or you have questions on your benefit options, please contact your local controller or the Human Resources department.

Your user name is the first 6 letters of your last name + the first letter of your first name + the last 4 numbers of your social security number. Example Steve Johnson would be JOHNSOS4567. Your initial password is your full social security number, without hyphens.
